Returns / Product changes

The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.

You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge
without having to tell us why you want to
the return of the products, within fourteen (14) days from
date you will receive them. In this case, only the
direct cost of returning the products.

Please note that returns are only accepted if:

Product Return Approval (GNP).

3. The purchase receipt or invoice accompanies the product.

4. The product and its packaging should be in perfect condition.

5. The product has not been worn beyond the test.

6. If the product comes with a gift, it should be returned with
the product

7. Send us the products by courier: ACS Courier,
Speedex or ELTA PortaPorta at your own expense.

Please make sure the shipping packaging is secure so that
do not cause any damage during transport.

We inform you that is not responsible in case
loss or destruction of the product during transport of the return.

Money return

In case of product return, your refund will
completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt
products. We inform you that does not bear any responsibility
for any damage and deterioration of the products after their use and in any
case is not required for replacement. To replace and
any form of product repair, only the dealership is responsible.
For the best service of our customers, our company undertakes
the transport and receipt for repair of products to and from each case
delegation. In this case the shipping costs are borne by them
our customers.

Defective products

When the product clearly shows a manufacturing defect, they will be replaced
(subject to availability) or the money will be refunded, (then
with the customer) with the cost of return being borne by
the entire company
